These two beautiful lab mixes found their way back to Wright-Way Rescue when their owner could no longer provide them with the home they felt they deserved.

Shelby and Remington are an energetic and dynamic duo. Affectionate, happy-go-lucky, loving, gentle, well-behaved and adorable are how we would describe them! The have great leash manners and enjoy their leisurely walks in the neighborhood. These companions are pretty easy going. Their favorite pastimes are cuddling up on their beds in the afternoon, going on adventures, and hanging out with their human companions. They are available for adoption (or foster)!

This momma dog was dumped near Ash Flat, Arkansas while she was still pregnant and very close to having her puppies. She found her way to a friendly house where the people took her in, kept her safe and warm, and cared for her and her babies for as long as they could. They had two dogs of their own and could not afford to feed all of the new little mouths, so they reached out to our Rescue Partner in the area. Mom and pups were very hungry when they were picked up, but otherwise in good health.

They are arriving soon at our Admissions and Medical Services Campus in Murphysboro and would love a local foster while they get ready for their homes. These eight babies were found abandoned in a box outside of our Rescue Partner’s building in Cleveland, Mississippi. They were only six weeks old, so a worker took them home until we were able to get them on our next rescue run to that area. They are arriving soon at our Murphysboro facility to get all of their medical care before adoption. They would love foster homes in the area while they wait for their forever homes.

This beautiful momma dog and her 12 puppies were living with their owner in a dilapidated, condemned home in Jackson, Mississippi. Our Rescue Partner in the area convinced him to surrender them all before the freezing temperatures arrived or they wandered into the nearby street and got hit. Mom is very sweet and gets along with other dogs. The puppies are absolutely adorable and just as sweet and friendly as their mom. They will all be arriving at our Admissions and Medical Services Campus soon to get them ready for adoption.

Cheddar was a pregnant stray in Southern Illinois. When she was found, she was searching for a warm, safe place to stay before the frigid temperatures moved in. One of our amazing fosters saw her and got her into our Adoption Program just in time for her to deliver her beautiful babies. Benjamin, Cash, Elodie, and Moolah are already reserved and have their families waiting for them. Cheddar is also currently waiting on hers!
