Puppies loose in Mississippi

When the Humane Society in Greenwood, Mississippi got a call about puppies running loose in town, they went to pick them up, keep them safe, and find their owner. When no one claimed them, they reached out to us for help finding them homes. Our Rescue Run was going to be in Mississippi the next day, so they were at our Admissions and Medical Campus in no time.

They are now ready to find their forever homes and will be at the Morton Grove Adoption Center this week. Please come in and meet them. They want to celebrate their First Holiday with you!

Freyja

Freyja made her way back to Wright-Way Rescue through no fault of her own. Her family felt they could no longer provide her with the home they felt she deserved.

She is a stunning, soulful, calm, young lady who would enjoy a low-key family. She can be a bit shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she is very loving and affectionate.

Wright-Way Rescue makes a lifetime commitment to the homeless animals in our program. Thank you for your support which enables dogs like Freyja to have a safe place to return to when needed.

Three puppies from Hayfield

These three babies were found playing in a hayfield with no one around to look after them. Neighbors in the area thought they might belong to a feral dog that had been seen at a couple of different farms, but no one was really sure where they came from. Our partner in Panola County, Mississippi is working to find the dog and get her safe. We are hoping she will be joining us soon and she can find a forever home also.

Please support our work and send a message of hope and encouragement to our Rescue Partners advocating to change the way homeless pets are treated in the rural and impoverished communities that Wright-Way Rescue works tirelessly to assist.

Puppies on the loose!!

These puppies were running loose in a rural neighborhood near Searcy, Arkansas. A concerned neighbor called our rescue partner in the area when she thought one of them had been hit by a delivery truck. Fortunately, everyone seemed to be fine! When our partner offered to help the family with the puppies and get mom spayed, the owners were grateful for the help and to have a safe place for the puppies to go.

Our team works hard to rescue unwanted animals at risk in rural parts of our country. We are so grateful for the role you play in pushing our mission forward.

Thank you for supporting Wright-Way Rescue.

Harper from Arkansas

Harper came to Wright-Way’s Admissions and Medical Services Campus from Arkansas in mid June with her left front radius and ulna both fractured and severely infected due to a gunshot wound. As soon as she was stable enough for surgery, the leg was amputated. Then it was discovered that she needed entropion surgery on both of her eyes.

She has recovered beautifully from both surgeries and is currently in Morton Grove looking for her forever home. Please come in to meet her and let her show off all of her training and super snuggle skills.

Your support helps us give dogs like Harper the second chance they deserve. Every dollar fuels our mission for another year, and there are thousands more like Harper and her babies that need help.

Together, we can save their lives.
