Puppies from Arkansas

These adorable puppies were being sold by their owners for some quick cash in rural Arkansas. They were just over four weeks old and should have been with their mom for several more weeks. A concerned citizen quickly got them and took them to a local rescue for help. This was one of our rescue partners in Arkansas.

The rescue took great care of them until they were old enough to be transported to Wright-Way’s Admissions and Medical Services Campus where they have been getting further care with us for a couple of weeks and are now the “M” litter. All seven of them are now available for adoption or foster.

Please consider donating to Wright-Way Rescue this Giving Season and help us continue saving puppies like these.

Squeeker and Pups

Squeeker was surrendered to Wright-Way Rescue with several other dogs and puppies when her owners became overwhelmed by the 15 adult dogs and numerous puppies in their home. They realized she was pregnant and knew they would not be able to care for her and her new puppies. They reached out to one of our rescue partners in SE Missouri for help. We quickly arranged for Squeeker and several of the others to be transported to our Admission and Medical Services Campus in Murphysboro, IL.

She was immediately placed into one of our wonderful foster homes where she gave birth to three beautiful babies. She has a reservation to become a permanent part of a new, loving family as soon as she is ready, and her babies will be ready for adoption in just a couple of weeks.

This Giving Tuesday, please remember that your donation to Wright-Way Rescue saves animals who need our help the most. Thank you for saving lives with Wright-Way Rescue!

Marceline from Mississippi

Giving Tuesday is just a couple weeks away. Your donation helps us save dogs like Marceline. When Marceline was just 3 weeks old, she was found on the side of a country road near Lexington, Mississippi with acid burns down her back. A Good Samaritan took her in and bottle-fed her until she was able to eat on her own. When we were contacted by one of our rescue partners in that area, we knew we had to help her.

She has been in our care receiving expert medical treatment for the past two months. She has made a remarkable recovery from her injuries, but still bears the scars of her past. Despite this trauma, Marcelina is a sweet and loving girl. She is now healthy and ready to start her new life with a loving family.

Thanks to your support, we are able to give dogs like Marceline a second chance.

FREEDOM RIDE!!!!

Just yesterday this dog was scheduled for euthanasia at a small animal control facility in rural Missouri. YOU SAVED HER LIFE! She just arrived at Wright-Way Rescue!

Wright-Way Rescue believes in a future where pets do not face euthanasia simply because they do not have a home. If you share our beliefs, please remember Wright-Way Rescue this Giving Tuesday November 28th, By contributing to Wright-Way Rescue on this global day of giving, your donation will make meaningful change for homeless pets living in seemingly impossible situations throughout rural America.

Wright-Way Rescue’s lifetime commitment ~ Nova

We understand that there are many complicated challenges we all face at different points in our lives. Sometimes, pet owners have to make extremely difficult choices in order to survive. This can result in them being forced to return their adopted pet to Wright-Way Rescue.

We are sympathetic to these decisions and committed to lovingly welcoming back animals, like Nova, that are a part of our family for their entire life.

Because of your support, we are able to ensure a once homeless animal will always have the love of a family.
